(this post is taking longer than normal since I'm watching the season finale of "The Amazing Race" and the teams are traveling to Newberg, Oregon right now...which is where we used to live!! Crazy! They even mentioned the street we used to live on.)
Monday: Pappardelle with Shrimp and l/o T-day rolls
Tuesday: Avgolemono Chicken Soup & l/o rolls or muffins
Wednesday: Tempeh, Sweet Onion, & Mushroom Chili
Thursday: Honey-Mustard Pork Chops and frozen veggies
Thursday evening: Blondies for our community group Christmas party
Friday: Pasta Primavera with Provolone
Saturday: Tuna with White Beans and Onions over lettuce
Sunday: Sicilian Sausage Stuffed Pizza (similar to this recipe but with less fat and calories)
I love watching my Amazing Racers going all over Portland, including NEWBERG!!
