since Matt was out of town for a few days last week I had a lot of leftovers to use and didn't make all of my meals I had planned out.  So those have been transferred to this week.
Monday:  Chicken Cheese-steaks with Peppers
Tuesday: One Pot Pasta (penne pasta, add broccoli florets, toss with crushed garlic, olive oil, zest and juice of a lemon, salt and pepper and lots of parmesan)
Wednesday:  left-overs
Thursday:  Poor Mans Stroganoff
Friday:  Goat Cheese Stuffed Chicken Breasts  (then scroll way down for the recipe) and Carmelized Brussel Sprouts
Saturday: left-overs
Sunday:  Spicy Shredded Pork tacos
