Weekly Menu

Tuesday: Mom's Chicken and Rice Bake (very good...see previous post)
Wednesday: Healthy Cheesy Pizza Pasta and Spinach Salad (this was alright...use spicy turkey sausage for more flavor)
Thursday: left-overs
Friday: dinner at Baci with Dave and Susan
Saturday: Black Bean Pasta Cancun
Sunday: Sweet and Sour Pineapple Chicken (from Weight Watchers in 20 Minutes cookbook) over rice and with salad
Monday: Easy Pepper Steak, bulgar and salad (from the Weight Watchers cookbook)
