Monday: Pasta Salad with Shrimp and Corn, cornbread, green salad & strawberries
Tuesday: Grilled Chicken and Pineapple Sandwich (from the Cook This, Not That cookbook,) steamed broccoli, & sauteed mushrooms
(pineapple chicken sandwich ready to serve)
Wednesday: Zesty Taco Salad, left-over cornbread, chips & salsa
Thursday: Chicken Pasta Fagioli, (from the latest Weight Watchers magazine...on-line links to WW recipes are hard to find thanks to their copyright police) and the last of the left-over cornbread
Friday: Matt's football draft & pot-luck
Saturday: Meatballs with Sweet and Sassy Sauce over egg noodles (The recipe calls for Equal but I will use regular sugar.)
Sunday: left-overs or pantry meal
