Weekly Menu 12-9-2013

Monday:  Skinny Thai Peanut Chicken Soup & breadsticks (from frozen) & fruit
Tuesday:  Garlic Lime Marinated Pork Chops & Charred Tomato Risotto with Fresh Herbs and Parmesan (from the Turn Up the Flavor cookbook from Weight Watchers) **This Risotto was DELISH!  I'm sure you will be able to search on-line for this recipe in the future but currently the cookbook is too new.**
Wednesday:  Salty, Sour, Bitter, and Sweet Beef-Noodle Salad (Turn up the Flavor cookbook)& Dad's Creamy Cauliflower Soup
Thursday:  left-overs
Friday:  Momma hosts Bunco, Daddy and kiddos on their own
Saturday:  Parent's Night Out at the YMCA.  Date Night!  
Sunday:  Rosemary Chicken Lasagna & breadsticks (from frozen)

As you can tell I'm still all about my "Turn Up the Flavor" cookbook.  So far we've loved everything about it.  Happy Eats!
