Tuesday:  Roasted Garlic Pepperoni Parmesan Meatballs over spaghetti & salad
Wednesday:  Chicken Coconut Curry Soup & biscuits
Thursday:  left-overs or pantry meal
Friday:  Baked Spaghetti Squash and Cheese (Matt requested a side of meat so I may oblige.)
Saturday:  Skinny Reuben Soup & baguette
Sunday:  left-overs or pantry meal
