Weekly Menu

Monday:  l/o Colorado Green Chili (to be used as burrito filling)
Tuesday:  Potato-Crusted Chicken Fingers & steamed broccoli & buttery noodles
Wednesday:  Vegetable Dal (from Sept. Oct. 2011 Weight Watchers Magazine...if it's any good I'll post my version of the recipe) & pita bread & fruit
Thursday:  use up the half bag of shrimp in the freezer.  Recipe TBD
Friday:  Bunco (Matt and kids on their own)
Saturday:  Grilled Buttermilk Chicken, Green Beans & Creamy Potato salad with Bacon
Sunday:  Falcons Game/pizza for kids (I'm considering giving up my ticket to one of the football guys...how nice of me, no?!)
