We are once again enjoying BHG's Eat Well, Lose Weight cookbook this week.  I just may do every recipe front to back.
Monday:  Bruschetta-Style Shrimp
Tuesday:  Cheese Eggs with Onions and Ham (Lauren will make dinner from her Paula Deen's: My First Cookbook.)
Wednesday:  Hearty Pineapple Pizza
Thursday:  Pesto Chicken Pilaf
Friday:  Chipotle Chicken Quesadillas
Saturday:  Baked Bean and Corn Chimichangas & Easy Mexican Rice
Sunday:  veggie burgers from the freezer and oven fries also patiently waiting from the freezer
